Ying Zhang is the Head of Acquisitions & Collection Services at the University of Central Florida (UCF) Libraries in Orlando, FL. She has extensive experience and research interests in both public and technical services, including reference, instruction, market intelligence, acquisitions and collection services. She is elected the President-Elect for the Chinese American Librarian Association.
