I am the head of the Access Services department at Iowa State University, which covers circulation, resource sharing, course reserves, and monograph (e- and print firm ordering) acquisitions. Previously, I served as head of Access Services at Missouri University of Science and Technology. I entered the library profession in the Circulation department of the University of Nebraska at Omaha Criss library. My professional interests revolve around improving patron services, especially using quanitative and qualitative data as a basis for improvement.
