Celeste Feather: Celeste Feather is the Senior Director of Content and Scholarly Communication Initiatives at LYRASIS, where she leads a team of experts who negotiate group licenses for online content, manage persistent identifier communities, and work with mission-aligned partners to develop new models for scholarly communication. Prior to joining LYRASIS in 2010, she gained expertise through a variety of positions at university libraries and a statewide library consortium.
