Personal vision:
Libraries are critical in a democratic society. They are critical in working towards a socially just world. They are the 3rd place with a moral imperative to support knowledge creation & provide a platform to amplify underrepresented voices. In Higher Ed, Libraries are partners to help students find calling. The Libraries are the places where it is quiet enough to hear yourself become who you will be and loud enough to know you are not alone in that journey.
